The nervous system controls and coordinates all the activities of the body. It consists of the brain, spinal cord, and a network of nerves that send signals between different parts of the body. These signals allow us to sense the environment, move our muscles, and process thoughts and emotions.
There are two main parts of the nervous system the central nervous system and the peripheral nervous system. The central nervous system processes information, while the peripheral nervous system carries messages to and from the rest of the body. Together, they help us react quickly to changes and keep our body functioning properly. Shutdown123
